concept meeting
Our first meeting is to understand your requirements, identify your goals and create clear objectives for your project. We need a clear picture of your business so this is the perfect time for us to learn as much as we can about you and your project.
planning meeting
This is our pre-production meeting, discussing our production approaches and understanding what kind of resources we are going to use (cranes, sliders, lights etc). We will then produce a storyboard and send you a copy of this and arrange a date with you for the shoot.
the shoot
Usually you will have a videographer/director and assistant present on the day/s of your shoot. Before we start we will run through the storyboard again with you to make sure we are all ready for the day. In the meantime we have created a shot list, performed sight recipes and obtained any passes and fulfilled any H&S requirements.
post production
This is the heart of post-production. Our editors and motion graphic artists will combine elements to create a first draft for you to view and comment on. Having performed all of the hard work at the front end, we do not expect there to be many changes but we will then produce the final version for sign-off.
