what they wanted

Support with their attendance at the world’s largest Defence and Security Exhibition and Trade Show.

Creation of new multi-media videos and presentations for use at the Show and afterwards by their sales teams.

PR in the run-up to the show, alongside the launch of one of the Group companies new branding and logo.

what we did

Project management of the stand build process, including organising the tender process for choice of supplier, liaison between the successful supplier and AGI Holdings Group companies, and on-site support during the build phase of the stand and the opening of the show to ensure the stand was ready for the client on the first day.

Creation of 4 new videos for use on the stand, including the development of CGI animation to reflect key aspects of the services offered. Also, the creation of a new corporate presentation for one of the Group companies.

PR support including social media postings and interactions, e-flyers to a supplied client database covering participation at DSEI 2019, the organisation of a visitor competition to encourage contacts to visit the stand and press releases to advertise one of the Group company’s participation at the Show.
